1. COUPON CODE NOT WORKING?

OPTION 1:

1. 1. Go to www.ithreesixty.eu/shop and select from the following product versions that are stated in the terms of your deal end accepted by your coupon.
2. Add that product to the cart.
3. Add your coupon code exactly how it is stated APPLY COUPON and PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

*TYPE IN THE CODE EXACTLY. DO NOT COPY AND PASTE

4. You should see your purchase total adjust according to the coupon code entered.
5. Add the appropriate Billing and Shipping address for your purchase. CHECKOUT and your order will be complete.

2. PRODUCT COMPATABILITY QUESTIONS

QUESTION: Is my iPod / Mp3 Player compatible with i360 products?

ANSWER FOR: iPod Headphone Headwear Products: All iPod Headphone Headwear is designed specifically for the iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle. iPod Classic, iTouch, iPhone, or any other larger Mp3 Players are too large to be worn on your head and will not fit.

ANSWER FOR: iB Active Headwear Products: All iB Active Products are compatible with the iPhone, iTouch and Bluetooth enabled mobile devices. If you would like to use an iPod Nano, Shuffle, Classic or any Mp3 player not enabled with Bluetooth this will require a Bluetooth adapter sold separately.

3. ONLY HEARING SOUND IN ONE SPEAKER?

If you have purchased one of our iPod Headphone Headwear products and are only hearing sound out of one speaker here is what to do.

1. Make sure you have connected the plug with two wires into your iPod.
2. Connect left speaker to left single wire plug, and connect right speaker to the right side single wire plug.
3. Now with iPod and speakers plugged in press play and give it a listen.
