Too Many Emails?
Updates will be sent to you via email giving you a heads up about special offers, new product releases, news, and events that might interest you regarding our company. If you do not wish to receive any further emails from us please email support@ithreesixty.eu with your request along with the email account you would like removed from our database.

Little Man Policy
Kids Under the Age of 13 – We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

Kids under the Age of 18 – Sorry dude’s, but if you are under 18, you may shop at ithreesixty.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Don’t even think about stealing your mom’s credit card!

Shipping Terms
Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours from when order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number notifying you that your order is in process. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number letting you know that your product has been picked packed and in transit. If you created an account before placing your order you have the option to log into our store to check the status of your order or go online direct to the shipping department’s website to track your package. If you didn’t take the time to set up an account and would like to check the status of your package, locate the tracking number on the conformation email we sent to you and log in directly through the shipping department’s website.

Risk of Loss – All items purchased from i360 are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items is passed onto you upon our delivery to the carrier.
